Organisational life would be easy if it weren’t for people! Anyone who is responsible for managing people knows that this almost always involves problems: problems with performance, problems with behaviour, problems with attitude and all sorts of other issues.

This workshop is targeted at managers in organisations of all sizes, from owner-operators to general managers to business unit managers to team leaders—anyone who manages staff and who has to deal with the range of problems staff can give rise to.

The workshop is focused on giving you the knowledge and tools to manage almost all of the problems you’ll encounter in managing staff. It is intensely practical and completely confidential, so you are encouraged to bring your toughest challenges for discussion during the workshop. You will leave the workshop feeling confident enough to tackle any problem situation.

And if you still need help and support after the workshop, you’re entitled to ten hours of free telephone support from Franklin HR consultant, David Gray.
